Bartolo Colon Is Better At Rehab Than Lindsay Lohan

Bartolo Colon made his first rehab start for the Angels Class-A affiliate Rancho Cucamonga on Thursday night. The beefy righthander missed most of last season with a torn rotator cuff.

In four innings of work, Colon faced 15 batters and threw 61 pitches surrendering only a hit and a walk in the process. Sure, it may be Single-A talent Colon was facing, but the fact he was able to throw with no pain is very good news for Angels fans.

The Angels are planning on having him make three or four more rehab starts in the minors with hopes of having him back with the team on April 20th.

Colon's teammate Jered Weaver will be making his first start to rehab his biceps tendinitis on Friday for Rancho Cucamonga as well. Weaver should be back with the Angels on April 16th.

All I know is that Rancho Cucamonga has to have the best rotation in the California League right now.
