Every Monday (or in the case of national holidays, Tuesday), the MLB Weekly Rewind takes a look at the past week in baseball in video form. It's biased, rambling, and mostly cynical, but ... Hey! Moving pictures! Sweet!
Fortunately, the Cubs are predictable and most of us Cub fan's won't be all that surprised with the 63rd annual absence from the World Series. It is shocking how the team threw in the towel and missed out on winning 100 games this season. Please Cubbies, let's get this over before October so we can focus on the Bears!
I moved into Cub infested area (Northwestern Indiana), about 7 years ago. I had moved from the 2nd all-time team, if winning World Series....a real Champion club, St Louis Cardinals. The whining you here, and the saying (Wait until next year), really wears someone out from a winning program. The only real thing to do with the Cubs, if they dod not win the World Series this year. Send the Cubs back as a minor league team, build them a new stadium in Pocatella (they definately need one), and call them the Ida-ho Cubs...after 100 years, let them start from scratch again...have a nice day all
