Cubs Prospect Indicted On Felony Counts

You probably remember the crazy fight above. You know, the one where Cubs prospect Julio Castillo decided to whip a baseball at the opposing dugout and instead struck a fan in the head. Smart thinking, Julio! For his trouble, he's been indicted on two felony counts: felonious assault with a deadly weapon, and felonious assault causing serious physical harm.

That's not really all that surprising. I mean, dude semi-intentionally hit a fan in the head with a baseball. What is surprising is that Castillo remains the Cubs organization. For the good of everyone -- especially minor league fans that want to attend games without the worry of a pitcher throwing a ball at their faces -- the Cubs should probably let Castillo go. The damage is done, I'm afraid.
