Now, however, NBC San Diego has a video that allegedly shows Giles pulling Olivera's hair and throwing her to the ground outside a bar. The video is from 2006, and is unrelated to the miscarriage claim. Take a look at it, the footage starts 24 seconds in.
The video doesn't show what happened outside the bar, but the footage of another patron acting out a slap is pretty damning. Whether or not this proves Giles caused Olivera to miscarriage is a question for someone with much greater knowledge of the uterus than I, but Giles certainly looks like he's found himself in some very hot water.

The story does not say she was pregnant at the time of this video, just that durring their relationship, she became pregnant and miscarried.
It says she was "at" a bar, not drinking at the bar. I go to bars and I don't drink, just being there doesn't mean you have to partake in drinking alcohol.

I feel for her, too. As much as it seems that it is ~ it's not that easy to walk away from a relationship like this. The s/o will charm you over and over and persist in keeping the relationship going until once again there is verbal and/or physical abuse.
This is only about money. Why is it when a man is poor and does something like this, he's a menace to society, but when he's rich and famous, he only has to open his wallet? If you watched the video, the tape of the abuse was from 2006 so she wasn't pregnant in a bar.

so let me get this straight, his pregnant girlfriend is out knocking em back at a bar getting drunk, he comes in to escort her out of the bar to drive her home to avoid a dui, has to hold her by her arm to steady her since she is so drunk, goes into the hallway, lets go of her arm and her drunk a*s then stumbles and falls to the ground...two sides to every story and i'm not even a lawyer...i rest my case your honor.

Hey idiot look at the video again. First he walks up to her and pulls her hair. When they are walking out he isn't holding her arm. You can see his arm as he pushed her down. YOU don't know that she was drinking alcohol, she sure isn't stumbling walking out of the bar.
