Ozzie Guillen to Work for FOX During the World Series

Somebody get the dump button ready.

FOX has hired Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen to do studio work on their World Series pre- and post game shows. He'll be working in the studio alongside Chris Rose, Eric Karros and Mark Grace, and also contribute reports for FOX Sports Espanol.

So he'll be swearing in both languages.
Guillen was approached by FOX in late September when it was readily apparent that the White Sox were not going to be playing in the postseason, but he had reservations at first. He usually spends the winter with his family at his Miami home or in Venezuela, and wasn't sure he wanted to be away from them.

To be fair to Guillen, he has calmed down quite a bit over the last few years. Aside from a late season tirade about his team watching college football in the clubhouse, he was pretty low key in 2009. Either way, he knows the difference between being on television and in the locker room with members of the media surrounding him. The odds of Guillen dropping an F-bomb or three while live on the air are pretty low.

You'll definitely get a "damn" or two, possibly a horse(expletive) if the umpiring continues to be as stellar as it has been at times this October, but that's it.
