Boo! It's apropos that on Halloween night the World Series shifts to Philadelphia, a city known for all its booing over the years, for Game 3.The Phillies and Yankees split the first two games of the Fall Classic in New York, so Saturday night the tone for the rest of the series could be set. As in Game 1, it's a pair of left-handers squaring off -- Andy Pettitte for the Yanks and 2008 World Series MVP Cole Hamels for the Phils.

Has anyone ever given any thought to two possible theories?? Hamels is a bust, a one and done pitcher who shot is wad in one terrific season.the second being that once he got married (marriage) his priorities changed...It has happened to others too Tiger Woods for one...He too went into a spiral and is now just bouncing back......I'd trade Hamels for Halliday even up and while he still have limited value...

Half way through the NFL season, and these money grubbing MLB execs. are still trying to squeeze out ever cent they can out of people even during a reccession. Women are even whoring themselves for a lousey ticket. By the way. Maybe they should call them the Steroid Yankees. Don't they have 3 guys busted for Steroid use. Gayrod, Peterist and Chiumpy. Where did all those New York based talk radio guys go that were screaming and crying about putting an * Asterich * after all these guys records a few years ago or when there wasn't much going on.
