Well... dog gone it, if I had 1/2 billion dollars to pay the top players in the world I could win the World Series too. I think for that kind of money they should have won it in 4. These players are making so much money a poor or middle class kid doesn't have a chance at seeing a major league game. All those sponsors too are taking this money right out of the consumers pockets and putting it in the players and owners/stockholders pockets. Check out the sponsors, especially the credit card companies that are charging 30%. They will not be getting my business. Sound like SOUR GRAPES you betcha

American League DH is a joke when a player who never started or played a World Series game can be MVP for the Series. Only in America!
To give an award like MVP to a guy that never started...had no pressure of fielding in the game....was not tired of the grinding 9 innings but relaxed in the dugout...is really a joke....Baseball should really put the pressure on the Union and tell them to go flip hamburgers if they don't like it.
It was nice to see real baseball for three games in Philadelphia!! JG had to do some managing instead of sending the next gorilla up to the plate to hit........
This rule (DH) should be reversed and now maybe with less drugs it will come to pass and players once they can not field will fade away! National League stands for baseball....not the joke of the American League.....all these wins should be asterix (played with DH) Just think of last nights game without the DH in the line up...or any other game he played.
